One of WeasyPlan's values is to be transparent. We value everyone's privacy and want you to know how we handle your data.
Therefore, we ask that you read this Privacy Notice to find out what data about you will be collected when using WeasyPlan and how this data will be used and stored.
This is important information and we want you to be up to date with everything when you become a WeasyPlan User .

We are WEASYPLAN CONSULTORIA PARA INTERNACIONALIZAÇÃO LTDA, registered with CNPJ 51.623.309/0001-79, with headquarters at Rua Pedro de Toledo, 1355, Vila Clementino - SP CEP 04039-000, but from now on, we will just use “ WeasyPlan ”.
FOR WHAT AND WHOM?
This is our Privacy Notice so you can understand how WeasyPlan collects, uses and stores personal data during user experience and interaction on our channels, websites and applications (“Platforms”).

When interacting and requesting services from WeasyPlan , you agree, and declare yourself aware, of all the information in this Privacy Notice.
In fact, this is also why it is so important that You carefully read everything we have prepared for You here (as well as when we update this notice), before actually deciding to take advantage of the services or interact with WeasyPlan .
If You do not agree with any provision of this notice, we will have to ask You not to use WeasyPlan services .

WHAT DATA IS COLLECTED?
Name, CPF, address, telephone, profession, email, professional experiences, bank details such as agency, account, and pix, among others, photo.
WHAT ARE THE PURPOSES OF THE TREATMENT?
Communication with the Member, Registration/Registration of the Member, Provision of the Service, Administrative, judicial, extrajudicial or arbitration defense of WeasyPlan's interests and rights.

WHAT ARE THE HOLDER’S RIGHTS?
Access , rectification, confirmation of treatment, deletion, portability, information on sharing, among others.
WHAT ARE THE SECURITY MEASURES
Appropriate technical and administrative measures We adopt strict security standards and use appropriate technologies and tools to take care of your data. Some of these measures include: access control and restriction, security and confidentiality policies, security monitoring, encryption, training for our team, frequent backups, among others. Additionally, we are always reviewing and updating our information security controls and processes.
DEFINITIONS
To make your reading easier, check out the definitions of some terms that are used:
- You: natural or legal person who visits the WeasyPlan Platforms, such as potential members, business partners, among other people who come into contact with WeasyPlan and who are not our employees or business partners;
- Personal Data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, that is, any data that is capable of identifying a person directly or indirectly. Personal Data includes, for example, ID, first and last name, CPF, marital status, address, contact telephone number and email, among others;
- Person in Charge/DPO: Person responsible for acting as a communication channel between WeasyPlan and You;
- Holders: which natural person the Personal Data refers to;
- Website: our Website or App (exclusively owned by WeasyPlan) and all those technical components that usually accompany it (underlying hardware and software), which can be accessed through the website www.weasyplan.com or any other website that WeasyPlan decides to replace in the future .
We make it clear that the words used in this Notice that are in the singular include the plural, the masculine gender includes the feminine and the neuter or vice versa, and the other words written with a capital letter will have the meaning contained in the LGPD (General Law of Data Protection - 13,709/18) and other applicable laws. (“Applicable Legislation”).

- We want to show you here the procedures with personal data that we collect when you register on our App, automatically or through direct request, data that can be used to try to talk to you or just identify you.

WHAT ABOUT MINORS’ DATA?
The WeasyPlan App is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children and adolescents. If you are under 18, you must not use our platform or provide us with any personal data.
If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child or young person, we will take reasonable steps to delete the personal data in question.
HOW IS COLLECTED PERSONAL DATA USED?
Now that you know what data WeasyPlan processes, understand better how it is used.
TREATMENT CONTROLLER.
Whenever we offer services, WeasyPlan will act as the processing controller in relation to Personal Data , whether common or sensitive.
HOW DOES WEASYPLAN STORE ALL THIS COLLECTED INFORMATION?
Simple and direct: With the maximum safety and respect possible.
WeasyPlan does everything possible to keep your Personal Data secure at all times .
To this end, it has appropriate security and protection, technical, physical and administrative measures in accordance with the nature of the data collected, used and stored, including using practices well accepted by the market.
Among other measures, WeasyPlan adopts, for example, authentication for access to databases, encryption, data backup system, antivirus, intrusion detection, among others.
SOME IMPORTANT POINTS:
Despite our efforts, WeasyPlan cannot guarantee that these security measures are error-free or that they are not subject to interference from third parties (hackers, crackers, among others).
By its nature, despite WeasyPlan 's best efforts , any security measure may fail and any data may become public.
Therefore, it is important for You to know that, by consenting to this Privacy Notice and/or using WeasyPlan 's services , You understand and accept these risks, and agree that WeasyPlan will not be responsible for such type of data leak or breach when it must be duly proven that it has complied with all its obligations to guarantee adequate levels of safety.
WHAT ABOUT INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS?
It is important that you know that all information collected by WeasyPlan will be stored with high security standards on its own servers or on third-party servers operated and controlled exclusively by WeasyPlan , located in Brazil, until the present moment.
Furthermore, WeasyPlan may store your Personal Data on servers outside Brazil and/or use service providers that are not located in Brazil, and when this happens, we will notify you.
In these cases, WeasyPlan will observe the legal requirements for these international transfers, ensuring the same level of security applied to treatments carried out in Brazilian territory.
AND WHAT ARE MY RIGHTS AS A HOLDER?
WeasyPlan wants to be as transparent as possible. To this end, we provide tools so that You can exercise your legal rights over Personal Data in accordance with art. 18 of the General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
Here, we will describe some of these rights, but be aware that there are others provided for by this law, if you are interested in knowing and you request them.
CONFIRMATION OF THE EXISTENCE OF TREATMENT
We can confirm whether or not we process your data.
ACCESS TO PERSONAL DATA:
We may provide access to your Personal Data, including copies of the data.
CORRECTION OF INCOMPLETE, INACCURATE OR OUTDATED DATA
We may change or correct your Personal Data if it turns out to be incorrect.
PORTABILITY OF PERSONAL DATA
We can help you port the data you have provided to another service provider, transferring your Personal Data to this new provider chosen by you.
DELETION OF PERSONAL DATA
We may delete your Personal Data processed by WeasyPlan when it is collected and processed based on your consent, through the Platform itself or upon request through the service channels indicated in this Notice (except in cases where the law allows us not to do so);
SHARING INFORMATION.
We may provide information about which public and private entities WeasyPlan shared your Personal Data with, as provided for in this Notice;
ANONYMIZATION, BLOCKING OR DELETION OF DATA
We can provide for the anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary, excessive or processed data that does not comply with the provisions of the Law;
CONSEQUENCES OF FAILING TO PROVIDE CONSENT
The provision of your personal data is not mandatory, but this information is necessary for the execution of our services and products, therefore, we will not be able to offer some/all of our services without your data.
REVOKING CONSENT
At any time you can revoke the consent given to the processing of your personal data under the terms of the LGPD .
SUBMITTING A COMPLAINT TO THE NATIONAL AUTHORITY ABOUT HOW THE CONTROLLER TREATS YOUR DATA
We only process your personal data following the rules of this privacy notice and in accordance with current data protection legislation.
If, however, you wish to make a complaint about our activities in relation to your personal data, or are dissatisfied with the way we have handled your information, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the responsible supervisory authority (ANPD - National Authority of Data Protection) according to contact information, email: anpd@anpd.gov.br and telephone: (61) 3411-5961.
OPPOSING TO TREATMENT
You can object to the processing of your information whenever the legal basis for processing does not have your consent or is in disagreement with what is established by the LGPD .
HOW TO EXERCISE THESE RIGHTS?
To exercise the rights mentioned above and the others provided for in applicable legislation, simply send a request to the email privacy@weasyplan.com and we will analyze it carefully and respond as soon as possible, even if it is for possible information about the impossibility compliance with the request.
To fulfill your request, we need you to mention in the request email, at least, the name of the data subject, the right you intend to exercise, details and specifications about your request, CPF or CNPJ and email address of the User.
However, this does not mean that WeasyPlan cannot request other information or documents to prove its requests and statements, as well as to confirm your identity. This is for your protection.

DATA SHARING WITH THIRD PARTIES
WeasyPlan will not disclose and/or transfer your Personal Data to third parties that do not have a relationship with us .
However, we may share your Personal Data with;
-Third parties that provide services to us, such as data storage and processing servers, companies contracted to perform marketing services, accounting services, legal sectors, among others that will act on behalf of WeasyPlan as Operators or Co-Controllers, the which will have contractual obligations of secrecy, confidentiality and protection of Personal Data.
- By any competent authority, or by order, decree, regulation or government rule, or in the case of violations or suspected violations, it may be determined that we share the information and Personal Data that are stored in our possession.
If this happens, we undertake to strictly disclose the information and Personal Data necessary to achieve the required purposes.
As WeasyPlan develops and grows, which may be through a corporate transaction, an acquisition, incorporation, merger, spin-off or through the sale or purchase of companies, etc., your data may be transferred to these new companies.
PRIVACY NOTICE UPDATES
To notify you in advance, WeasyPlan may, at any time, change this privacy notice at its sole discretion. In other words, whenever our services change, when we change something relevant, or when we think that a change to this document could improve your experience (for example, making some information clearer or more specific), we may change this Privacy Notice.
But you can rest assured! Any changes will be informed in advance, through the App itself and/or the email provided by You.
But be careful: if You continue using the App after 30 (thirty) days from the publication of the new version of the Policy, we will understand that You are fully aware of the new terms applicable to the processing of Personal Data.
If You do not agree with the changes to the Notice, you must stop using the Platforms and our services as a whole.
